These really are the perfect app! Phyllo dough is a great package for yummy fillings and gives a delicious crunch for very few calories! I made my own peanut sauce in this recipe by combining equal parts peanut butter and hoisin sauce (I used ¼ cup each) with 1 clove of garlic. I definitely had extra left over but I found it to be a great dipping sauce. There is really no need to fry the tofu in this recipe, you can just cube it and add it especially if it is flavoured. I just happen to like to stir fry it in a pan to give it a bit more of a grilled texture. Hope you enjoy!
