*I made cinnamon crisps to go with the salsa. Simply take a whole wheat tortilla, brush with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. With a pizza cutter, cut into desired shape. Bake at 350 for about 5-7 minutes.
What do I think of when it comes to summer flavours? Berries! My fridge is always full of fresh local berries in the summertime! You really don’t need a recipe to enjoy, but I always find it nice to do a little something different with them. This recipe is super simple and the flavour is fantastic! Not only can you serve it with cinnamon crisps, but it is a great topping for fish or chicken, add it to your next burger, yogurt or oatmeal. Endless possibilities to enjoy this tasty salsa!
