Laurie's Tip

Omega-3 is very important to get into your eating plan each week.  The best source of omega-3 is fatty fish like salmon.  This recipe is a simple, easy way to incorporate it into your diet!  These could also be served as a ‘fishcake’ or a wrap filling.  You can freeze them and pull them out for a quick supper.  Enjoy!
