Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Roll your favourite dough to a 14 inch rectangle (I used the ‘pizza yeast’ that you can get in the grocery store, followed the directions on the back to make a great homemade dough in under 5 minutes!)
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle on your favourite toppings.  My kids happen to love mushrooms, ham and cheese.
  5. Roll into a log and cut into 12 pizza ‘rolls’.
  6. Place each in a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Laurie's Tip

This is really the perfect back-to-school lunch for the kiddos!  You can customize this recipe with your favourite toppings and even get 'sneaky' and puree some veggies in the sauce.  It freezes beautifully so you can make a big batch and pull them out as you need them for a quick and easy meal.  Hope you enjoy!
