  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 package (340 g) silken tofu, firm

One of my favourite flavours is definitely lemon!  I think this is a great dessert to serve any time of year, but especially now in Spring when we are all craving lighter fare!  Serve with fresh seasonal berries.  My little girl gobbled up 2 servings!  Delish!
