Healthy No Bake Fruit Pizza

The perfect summer dessert. Two-ingredient, no bake crust, protein packed Greek yogourt, and plenty of fresh fruit.

Ingredients
  • 15 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogourt
  • assorted fresh sliced fruit

Preparation

1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Pulse the dates and cashews in a food processor until a 'dough' forms. Press the dough evenly on the baking pan.

3.  Spread the yogourt over the crust.

4. Top with fresh fruit, chill and serve.

This is really the perfect summer dessert.  No bake, only two-ingredient crust, topped with protein packed Greek yogourt and the fresh fruit of your choice.  I am so impressed!  I tested it on my mom and kids and all approved!  Hope you enjoy!
