Chia seeds are a great addition to your eating plan! Just 1 tablespoon will provide about 4g of fibre, over 1.5g of protein along with omega-3 fatty acids. Chia seeds are very absorbent, they will swell when left in liquid which is exactly what we want to make this tasty pudding. Hope you enjoy!
