Combine all ingredients, except toppings, in your slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours.
Remove chicken, shred and return to pot.
Serve with desired toppings.
Tis the season for your slow cooker! It makes me so happy to come home to a hot, nutritious meal. If you know me, you know I could live on soup, and this one is a hit! Great flavour and so easy to put together...it is a keeper! Enjoy!
