Breakfast in a Jar - simple, healthy, and delicious!
  • Breakfast in a Jar : Laurie Barker Jackman
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened dried coconut
  • 2 Tbsp pecans
  • 1/3 cup yogurt of your choice
  • ¾ c milk of your choice
Nutritional Information

Put all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix.  Let sit overnight in the fridge.  I like to heat mine up a bit before eating.


Laurie's Tip

If giving this as a gift from the kitchen, layer all the dry ingredients in a mason jar.  Write the recipe on a card and attach it to the jar, making sure to highlight you only need to add 2 ingredients to this recipe.  Enjoy!
